I have four excel worksheets that I want to import into my Mac contacts, but the columns contain more than one piece of information. For example, the telephone column has 'M: [admin: private contact details hidden (Airtasker trust and safety policy). Private messaging feature available once task assigned]W: [Content Moderated] I just want them in their own fields and stripped of any non essential data that isn't needed when I do the import.

Hi Katie. If the only problem is with the phone numbers in one cell as shown in the example, exporting the numbers individually is extremely easy - e.g. you just replace all the "m:"''s and "w:"'s with semi-colons and use text-to-columns function (setting ";" as the delimiter). You can them TRIM the data to get rid of outer spaces. Do you need anything else split up? I'm free the next 2 hours if you need immediate help.
