Any chance we can look at job. Got faster sulotion for you
Please seek good legal advice about your rights (e.g. from Tenant NSW).
The landlord is taking us to tribunal for our full bond next Tuesday. They have given us a quote of $1500. Those are the only scratches on the floor. How much would you charge? And would you want to have a look at the floor? If so, we will try to get access from the landlord. Do you think the scratches are normal wear and tear?
I assume, it is before NCAT on next Tuesday. Make sure you familiarise yourself with the Residential Tenancies Act (NSW) 2010 with respect to your rights before the tribunal date. This type of job will take at least 48 hours because you need time to sand, lacquer, re-polish, and lacquer.
It is waiting for the paint to dry that takes a long time.
How many sqm??
I have uploaded photos to the ad now of the scratches and floor. What do you think?
Can be fixed. When do you want it to be done?
