Change the wording of these:
Motivation: A highly motivated person will continue to work towards achieving the autonomous skill level and will strive to learn the skill, so they can perform it the best way they possibly can. Whereas a person with no motivation will be stuck at the Cognitive stage of learning.

Hereditary: Some people have inherited sports in their background. Some people are just good at sports, and this can be strongly linked to how well they can perform a skill.

Physical Fitness: Those who have very little physical fitness will have a cognitive skill level. They will not be motivated to do any physical activity and because of this they well never improve. Whereas someone who loves being outdoors and loves sports and fitness will always want to achieve better in sports. Therefore, practise will seem fun to them as they have got good physical fitness which allows them to play sports effectively.

Equipment/facilities: Those with better equipment and facilities are more likely to enjoy practising and playing sport and therefore are more likely to be at an Autonomous skill level. In comparison to someone who has got bad, worn down facilities and run-down equipment. They will find it hard to want to practise and achieve the best because they have no incentive to want to.
