Details
I have a "Husk retractable dual spray sink mixer" kitchen tap. The 'conical nut' that attaches the tap head to the hose has slipped down the hose into the spout and I need someone to retrieve it.

Please see attached diagram: part 32 (conical nut) has fallen down to the bottom of part 31 (outlet tube).

Also wasn't sure if I'd need to shut the water off to do it; it's a new apartment and not sure how to do that.
