Due date
Monday, 21st Aug 2017
A piece of (oregon?) fascia board has rotted and fallen down along with a piece of cement sheet.

The ends of the old fascia need to be bogged up with some builders bog, the cement sheet replaced and a new piece of timber installed.

The area is high off the ground so you'll need a long ladder. I will be available to help hold the timber while you secure it in place etc.

The timber is approximately 300mm x 35mm x 3200mm. I'm not sure if that size is available in treated pine, 290 x 35mm might have to do. The cement sheet is around 1800mm x 70mm.

You will need to pick up the timber and cement sheet. Of course, I'll pay for the materials in addition to the labour cost.

Painting will not be required.

If you can't do the job by the due date let me know how soon you can do it.
