Details
Our sliding door panel is connected to a track in the ceiling. It has two connection points - each at either end of the door. One of those ends has become partially disconnected.
The panel and mechanism are both relatively new (2-3 years).

“Greg was great to work for. He is a very friendly and helpful guy. The task was clearly and accurately described. Insisted on paying extra due to a return visit to allow for adhesive curing. Great airtasker, would definitely work for Greg again.”

I can fix this. It looks like the rail on the door is glued in and the bond has partially failed. If this is correct, I will have to reglue, leave to cure and then come back later to rehang the door. My offer takes into account the multiple visits.

If you would be able to rehang the door yourself, I could revise my offer down.

I have quite a lot on for the next couple of days but could come and do this any time over the weekend if that suits you.

When are good times for you? I've got a fair bit on the next couple of days and would prefer the weekend if that works. Any time that suits you.

I could probably try and do Friday if you have a strong preference for weekdays.
Hi Greg. I had a look at some installation instructions online. It's possible that there are screws through the bottom of that mounting channel in the door and that some of these have stripped. If so, I can reattach it and put in some extra screws.
Does that door slide into an enclosed wall cavity? Can you send a wider shot showing the whole door. I just want to check that we won't have to open up the wall to get the door down.

Next week would be preferable. I work from home so let me know a time that suits you and I'll lock it in.
Cheers
Perfect. 10am Monday?

If you're busy, I'm flexible now that I know the fix is imminent.
Sunday could work if you can give us an approximate time. Failing that, Mon/Tues/Wed are all fine.
The door isn't enclosed in a wall cavity..
I can come any time that suits you on Sunday. I could also come next week if you prefer.

Sorry. Tried to send an image first time but couldn't see a link on that page. Someone stuck their big finger in the way.
Please post a photo. It makes it much easier for people to make you a good offer.
