Are you going to have the job done?
Based on an estimate of two point one metres the base would weight around seven hundred kilos. I just googled a contrete tank slightly larger than that at two and a half metres and it weighs in at four ton.
I am afraid that you may be underestimating what is involved with this task. Your local tip charge is around $125 per load and there is probably at least four loads. I can get a skip bin but that is almost the same price you are offering for the whole job. Concrete cutting saws have very expensive blades and then there is the physical labor component. If you can get someone to quote under nine hundred grab it. As well air tasker takes fifteen percent for fees and insurance. I have done these jobs before and I know what is involved so I am trying to help you understand where the price comes from. Happy to do this for you if your budget can stretch to more realistic amount. Be aware that people have the option to increase the price if the task is larger than they expect upon arrival. If I make an offer I will live up to it.

Thanks for your reply. $400?
I am available this Sunday but my offer would be more than you have put on the job. Would you like me to offer anyway? I have all the right tools to do this for you and leave the place looking great
