G'day Folks,

Please see the attached pics: I'd like someone to come by between 2/10 and 8/10 to:

1. Remove a concrete path (760x92cm) from my backyard.

2. Dig out an area [Content Moderated] m) which will eventually house a concrete slab (for paving on top).

3. Use the turf/grass from the dug-out area to fill the hole left by the path (and another smaller area next to the path of 230x180cm).(It would be good to have this as neat as possible, as if the grass was always there.)

You'll need to have your own tools (shovels etc.) and you'll need to be able to take away the concrete and the excess soil. If you want to bring a trailer there's a handy laneway at the back with a gate that opens directly onto the area of work (so there'll almost no distance to transport with a wheelbarrow).

It's a pretty simple job, really. They key will be to get the depth and width of the transferred turf correct.

I'm really not sure how long this would take but my quote/offer feels reasonable. I'm happy to get quotes under this amount, but I'm afraid I won't be paying any more than $300.

I'm a friendly, flexible and trustworthy bloke, looking forward to getting this done fairly quickly with someone equally friendly, flexible and trustworthy.

(If you happen to have expert concreting experience and you wanted to talk about the concrete slab as well, no problem. But to be honest, I probably don't need a skilled concreter at this stage, I just need someone to do this simple digging/prep work.)

Thanks folks.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
