In 3 rooms downstairs there is old carpet on the floor. I'd like it gone and the concrete floor painted instead. Should be a half a days work with the right tools.

I'm also thinking about spray painting the ceiling (underside of the upstairs floor) all white so this could be included as a first step depending on the person.

Hi Jane,

I'm a professional painter of over 10 years and pride myself on quality work at a good rate.

How high is the ceiling you mention about spraying.. Is it too high to be rolled with an extension pole, material or?

I'd be able to do the floors easily and roll the ceiling but I don't own a spray gun.

Hi Aaron,
Its a very low ceiling and you can reach it just standing. Its very rough - think old beams and underside floorboards, so spraying the ceiling would be the best option and halve the time.
You are welcome to come and have a look to see what you think, just let me know,
Ah ok got ya. Any chance of a photo please?
