I have a Seagate HD FreeAgent Go that has recently become faulty. I need somebody with proven data recovery skills to get inside it and recover the data contained.

The indicating light on the HD turns on and I can hear the device 'ticking' but my computer will not recognise the device. I do not need the device - just the data contained within.

Not quite. Looks like so.

See attached for the operations light when plugged in - it is a constant light, not blinking. As for the sound, it's not a beeping sound as such, but a buzzing sound.
what is the damage? physical or it just does not load? also how big is the hard drive and how big is the file you need to retrieve?
Hi Kon, Perhaps my husband can help you working on a "no win no fee" basis. That is it is possible that the disk head has physically crashed in which case only a specially designed laboratory & techs will be able to help you. Although more likely with the right software & experience it should be possibly to restore the disk to a state where I can access the data and return it to you.
