PULL UP & REMOVE CERAMIC TILES

Details
I need someone to pull up approximately 20 square metres of ceramic tiles from an indoor space in Potts Point. The tiles are relatively big and should be fairly easy to remove. Machinery could be used, but isn't necessary, I've pulled a few up with a crowbar already. They can be broken or kept for your re-use. You will need to responsibly dispose of the tiles and the grout underneath etc. I would like the floor pared back to the underlying concrete or timber, without the underfloor being damaged (be wary of the timber or concrete below). I want this complete by this Friday, and can be one person or job-shared - up to you. Vehicle, parking, any required machinery and disposal is your responsibility. Some experience preferred. Should be an easy $350.

You'll need to be able to get rid of all the **** under those tiles. This will need a car, a day, and someone to move the mess to the car. And I don't want to know about any problems at all.

$350 cash on completion. If you're a hard worker I don't think it should take longer than a day. If I were you, I'd get a friend, finish it in less than a day and split the money.
