Hi Zeno,
Would you like these trees to be pulled back completely from the fenceline? All the way to the sky? This question is more important for the larger, far taller Camelia with the pink flowers. It really is an amazing tree but I can see the amount of flowers dropping and shading of your garden below must be an annoyance. It might be a case where you can discuss with your neighbours and the whole tree can be reduced significantly.
At any rate, the works to this one will need to be done from a ladder at the very least and preferably, to not leave the tree hacked into mid-branch etc, I would like to climb into it (rope and harness) and prune it to standard.
I'm going to make an offer shortly after you address my questions. I feel that I could charge my standard minimum charge (or thereabouts) for this work.
I have my own insurance and can supply the Certificate of Currency on acceptance of my offer. I will remove all green waste at no further cost to you and tidy up properly on works completion.

Hi Daniel, thank you for your reply, the biggest problem is indeed the Camelia, which i would like to be pruned back to the fence line, if possible even trimmed down from the height a bit. The other tree is less of a concern and easier to do. Let me know what you can do, and the price please, and we'll take it from there. Please also let me know your availability
