Hi I would be great for this as I am a current mortgage broker and have over 3 years experince in the field. I teach and train my client in building and maintaining their portfolio and best strategies to do so. I can go into all the tax benifits and cost that are involved and some fears or road blocks that stop people from expanding there portfolio.
