Hi Daniel, thanks for the
Uploads. A lot more prep work involved will be involved by the looks of things.
Cabot’s Deck cleaner, hand scrub twice,
Along with pressure cleaning ..which is going to bump the price up a bit.
May I ask what decking oil product would you be using?

All furniture will have to be move to a suitable location before hand ..

I saw the pic of stain . I would recommend intergrain ultra deck spotted gum i'm thinking 15 or so litres. the exposed area will suck it up on the first coat. Sanding not required .cabots deck clean strong mix and hard bristle scrub will bring it back along with it has anti fungal components in it to clean it up good.
I also dont recommend mixing products ,just stick to the same, so it warrants cheers.

Hi Morrie, did you have a final price? And when an you complete by? Thanks
Yeah mate all good it probably wouldnt hurt to give it a light sand after pressure wash to tighten the grain in the timber back up which will make it smooth under foot and look a lot neater can do that for u you also included in my quote

Hi Morrie, I have uploaded some pics. The deck was last stained when it was constructed about 18-20 months ago. The exposed section is quite worn but the under cover part is pretty good. The undercover part will give you an idea of what the exposed part used to look like!
Check my photos of a merbau deck i did recently came up like brand new and if your not happy with my work then its free no charge😊. I am a qualified shipwright and have been working with decking from construction to repairs and maintenance for 20 years

Hi Mate, it’s deck max product with the tounge and groove, no screws or nails, it’s spotted gum. I’ll get some pics shortly. There’s expensive travertine pavers around it so I wanna make sure job is very neat and tidy. Cheers
