Can do tomorrow if needed have all tools and do great job
Hey unfortunately materials alone are more than $400 soil and turf. Happy to complete this for you and I regularly lay turf but its going to cost you a lot more to have a professional come and lay your lawn properly. If something is to cheap it's to good to be true and the end result will be defiantly be the sign of that.
Yes i have a tiller and and the tools

So can you tell me what you will do for the price you have quoted?
Evan S.poster
As it’s much higher than my offer
Sorry not

Ok no worries. So basically we have a patch of lawn out the back of our house. The only access is via a garage and then back deck and up a couple of steps. We have put round up over old weedy lawn today.

We would like to have the old lawn ripped up and then new soil on top to prepare for buffalo lawn.

I can call a place tomorrow to have the lawn delivered at a later date. But in the meantime would like the areas prepared for the lawn.

We also have a pond that is lined with a fabric and needs to be drained. Once empty we want some old soul and pebbles we have to fill it up and prepare for plants later.

Does this make sense? Do you have a rotary hoe and are you able to level out soil?

Look forward to your response
