Deleted my old task and replaced it with this one. Two tasks required.

1. Toilet continues to refill water from tap while never actually filling up to the top, unable to flush as a result. Sometimes it fills up okay and is able to flush but seems inconsistent. Possible sealant loose?
I've disconnected the water tap to attempt and investigate myself but couldn't figure out how to adjust anything. I've just left the tap disconnected for now - just needs to tighten the nut back on.

2. Bathroom tap sealant has become loose from basin. Possible sealant replacement.

Location: 361 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Time: Flexible with time, can be during or after work hours.

Hi Chris, thanks for the offer - some of your comments has been blocked off by AirTasker as it contained content they moderate. Hoping it doesn't have any info!

Still doesn't quite make sense, it reads 'Any material n be ---n do this week.' I'm more interested in what you meant regarding materials! Thanks Chris
Hi Robert, best to replace the basin mixer. Toliet is simple.

How much would it cost for a basin mixer replacement?
Hey rob. Photos of this tap sealant?

Robert H.poster
Hey Kevin, just found the sealant that's broken off the tap basin and posted the photo up. Also found the sticker of the cistern brand which is Fowler, although couldn't get any other info from it as most of the sticker has faded. Check the photos - cheers!
No worries.
That isnt an issue
It is also best to replace the mixer as there is possible rust but we can have a look
Hi Robert, is there a cistern above the toilet? And has anything broken off from th base of the tap?
Robert H.poster
Hi Richard, cistern is above the toilet. I've just updated the photos with the sealant that's fallen off the base of the tap. Brand of cistern is Fowler, couldn't get much info from the sticker as it has faded but I've posted the photo too. Cheers!
