Hi guys. Looking for a plumber to help fix a leaking tap under the faucet in my bathroom. It looks like the seal has broken where the hose connecting the tap connects the water inlet under the sink. May be just a new seal or maybe a new hose required (the house is pretty old).

Also. Whist on site. It would be great if you could fix our leaking shower. It's got a slow drop from the shower head. The shower head is fixed to the wall so unsure where the seal would be to fix the leak. Hoping someone can help. Today (Wednesday) would be awesome. Thanks

Please note that when fancy taps are involved some do not have spare parts.”

Hi Steve. To be honest. I'm not 100 sure. I think it is coming from around the seal but water also seems to be dripping down from under the basin where the pipe connects to the tap in the sink. Will likely require further investigation to identify cause. Turning the rap off under the sink has stopped the leak albeit there is still a very slow drip.
Is it the tap or the pipe
