Hi Hong here is my offer for labour and materials plus the AT fee. The offer is for steel frame not timber. I could do it tommorow for you. Framed sheeted and set in one day. Cheers

Hi Boris.
What’s the best number to call you on please
Questions(11)
Hong my quote still stands for materials labour and the at fee

Thanks Boris! What’s the earliest date you can start?
Hong it would be a lot easier and much faster if you would just answer the few basic questions. Then the basic info for quoting would not be a valueless guess.

David I’ve answered the questions you’ve asked. I said I need plaster walls, not putting shelves on them but will lean shelves against them and as it’s a lease I would like the wall to be able to removed after the lease or terminated. Roughly 3m Long wall and 2.5m high wall. I intend to hang a picture frame off the side facing into the shop.
Better of going with steel stud and track system as you can screw the track into the crossbars of the grid ceil.

Quote on this?
Them he will have to pay to replace them at the end of the lease which will cost a fair bit. If it was his property I would agree but commercial leases make the tenant make good to the condition it was in at the time of starting the lease.

Just need a quote guys. Thanks so much.
Hong it’s possible but a little tricky. Can’t fix the top plate to the ceiling. Will need some bracing for safety. You don’t intend to put shelves on the wall do you?
Hong H.poster
No shelves but will lean shelves against the backside of it. But will hang art on wall if we can
Do you want a timber stud wall covered with plasterboard on one side?
Hong H.poster
It would be plasterboard yes on one side
Hong H.poster
It’s literally 3m max by 2.5m high from the right side over
