I have an area about 1x3 meters under the window the the pain was bubbling possibly from dampness I scrapped the paint but the white plaster layer under it came off as well . I am now down to the rendered brick
I need a handyman to replanted for me so I can repainted it

I have a special technique to cover the wall and it doesn't include fillers

Water will cause further damage and you need a much better solution than re plastering

Just approve my amount and we will go from there

I can come and have a look at the brick wall but you'd probably need to list another separate job.
Nabil, I'd say your damp course in the brick wall is blocked by the garden on the other side. The damp course allows moisture to escape from the cavity. If it is blocked the moisture leeches out of the brick causing this problem. You need to get this fixed before you plaster as the same thing will end up happening.
Yes a have seen the photo, just saying it needs to be hard plastered however if re wall is still damp it will not work!! Wall needs to be dry!

this is the area under the window, roughly 1X 3 meters
it is a rendered brick wall but had about 5 mm of top white plaster that bubbled and I chipped the loose areas, the other photo is of a small area in another bedroom the the paint also bubbled about 50cmX30 cm, I have not scrapped it yet
