Looking for a phone line and Internet technician to sort out phone cables, we do not have a phone port and proper cable connection for the phone to test the tone and the internet where we could connect the cables.

We need a technician who can wire the phone connector jack on the cable so we could connect and test the phone line. Please see photos attached so you will have an idea on what needs to be done. You need to put connector jack the head of cable because cable is outside so it doesn't fit for phone and also you need to test it to check if there is a dial tone on the phone and tell us if it's working or not. You need to make sure that we are able to use the phone for outgoing calls and incoming calls.

And after the job has been done please take a video and show us the phone is working perfectly and also show us the socket basically everything that has been done.

If you have phone remove line from back of modem an plug into phone. If line is working you will hear dial tone

Yes we have an internet working 2 weeks ago and it just stopped working and when we contact Exetel they said that there is an issue with the phone line and we need to test the phone for any dial tone but we cannot test it because we do not have proper cable to connect a phone to test.

The phone line worked before yes, but we aren't the owner we are renting the house.
