I am looking to hire a personal trainer to help me achieve my goal of weight loss I am currently living in an apartment with a fully equipped gym, pool and Sauna so plenty of opportunities for weight loss I just need someone to help and push me to reach my goals. I am planning a holiday in October so I really want to lose as much weight as I possibly can before then so I can look good and feel comfortable in my own body,

I have quoted a price for a 30minute session this price is the same price personal trainers charge at a gym if everything works out and we are both happy to keep going for further sessions after this 30minutes we can discuss further payments whether it be me posting a new job here or paying some other way such as bank transfer or paypal.

Yeah I do Kai I'm also a yoga teacher. Life to me is health and wellness, in turn it literally transforms you! If you want a journey to understand all aspects of wellness than I think I'm your man, weight loss is the easy part, we will go much deeper than that :)

How many days would you want to be training a week

Probably about 2 sessions per week with a PT rest of the week I'd want to be continuing a workout plan set by the PT then follow up with them the week after.
