Hey Micheal, I run a mobile PT company covering the North Shore and CBD with over 10 years experience. I can bring all relevant equipment to a training location of your choice. Did you have in mind a time in the morning for the sessions? My offer is for a 30minute session, however I do offer package options also. I also incorporate programming and nutritional advice as part of the Personal Training. Thanks!

what are your current goals? What do you wish to achieve from these training sessions?
Improve fitness levels. Decrease body fat. Stronger core. I’m walking to base camp next year so I want my fitness at a good level
Hi Michael, that is a great goal and i would love to help you reach that. We can do all our training sessions in a local park with minimal equipment so then you can also do similar sessions on your own.

What times would work best for you?
What I do first is fully cardio to see your standards then will see I only need one session then gets intense my sessions are an hour1/2
