Good morning Anand,
My name is Blake and I am an exercise physiologist who has trained at national and international levels of martial arts. I would be more than happy to help you with training as well as help write eating plans for you to follow. I will bring all the equipment to you and am more than happy to train at a park or at your place where ever you feel most comfortable. My sessions with you will go for about 45 minutes. Hi Anand, I will get you to your goals. I am qualified Fitness Coach and a Master Functional Trainer(Nutrition, Boxing, Kettlebells, Powerbags, Battleropes , Suspension training and Mobility).I understand our age group. I bring the gym to you and will give you variety and progression in your training. My first session is free. I will not train you for 30 mins, my sessions go for 1 hour, if you are serious, contact me and I will make you an offer and you will look great.

No..I am not a personal trainer. The plan I am talking about is not a diet plan but a real food based optimal health plan, which works at your cellular level to improve your metabolism and gives weight loss as an added advantage. It goes in a 4 phased approach for 6 weeks. Definitely body movement is also involved.
