I am looking for a personal assistant for the 28th and 29th Aug. You will need to come to our office at Eight Mile Plains. You can either bring your own laptop or use the PC at the office.

I would like someone that has great attention to detail and can jump into any task and look for ways to get it done. I don't have time for much hand holding although I will be sitting right next to you so you can ask questions whenever you want. Tasks will include but not limited to booking travel, editing documents, booking meetings, business social media posts and many other admin related tasks.

I am looking for someone that is detail oriented, easy to get along with, skilled in using excel and word based products as well as google docs. I am a Mac user but use a mixture of Mac software and PC software so experience with both would be ideal.

In your reply please tell me your rate per day and what skills and experience you bring or attach your resume.

Hi Rebecca,
I'm currently on holidays from uni where I study a combined law and commerce degree. I've interned for Wyndham and the Gold Coast Suns in their Finance departments. In both of these roles I have stepped out of my comfort zone and learnt in an independent environment. I'm a very organized person by nature and feel I could assist you with this task.

Hello Rebecca,

I would be very interested in the PA work on Monday and Tuesday next week. I have my own transport and would be more then happy to work from your office. I will tell you a bit about myself and my background.

I am 26 years of age from England, after managing a recruitment agency and studying 3 years part time for a degree in business, myself and my partner decided to rent out our home in the UK and travel for a few years. We travelled south east Asia, then flew into Victoria and travelled our way up. We are making Queensland, Brisbane area our base for the next few months as we have now submitted our skill visa applications to gain PR.

We are based in Victoria point at present and I am doing a lot of freelancing admin, marketing, sales, PA work and of some cleaning.

I charge 30 per a hour and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed, and you'll be happy to know I do not need my hand holding.
I am a very capable , organised and skilled person, I would be also happy to work on going for you if required.

I can provide you with a police check and a copy of my CV.

Hello what kind of work is it?
Admin varied tasks. Easy stuff like bookings and editing documents etc. I have budgets and more advanced tasks if the person has the right skills.
I have my own laptop aswell
