Hi all I'm looking for someone to work 3 hours per day mon- fir 1.5 hours in the morning and 1.5 in the afternoon

Must have experience using simpro sorftware .

Tasks inculde but not limited to

1. Liaising with clients and myself to schedule an upcoming jobs

2. Liaising with our accountant to get bills paid and general reconciling

3. Replying to emails and updating clients on start and completion dates

4. Setting up meetings with potential clients .

5 . Invoicing and overdue accounts

Hi Michael, I am an Executive Assistant that works from home office and have availalbity to assist you 3 hours daily. I am located in Sydney, and have an excellent phone manner. I do not have experience using Simpro Software but very adaptable. I have previously used MYOB and also various CRM systems and also very confident across all Microsoft products.
I have also have by own ABN if required.

Hi Michael, I am interested. I'm an experienced bookkeeper & have also worked in administration & office management. I am very organised, and can invoice you with my ABN if required (hourly rate will need to be negotiated). Is there some flexibility in working days & hours as long as the work gets done each week?
