We run a large events in Sydney/ Melbourne / Perth / Brisbane
Our office is based in Alexandria
We have an event coming up in two weeks and need someone to jump in and help out with answering the phones and emails / office admin / creating spreadsheets and getting us ready for our next event.

Lots of ad hoc jobs so you need to be able to work at a fast pace. you need to be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Role is for two weeks. Two days per week. Ideally Monday and Tuesday

Hi,
I've worked as an account manager for over 10 years for some of the biggest global brands in retail (Westfield, eBay, LG, etc).
I have done some work in events and planning as well as general client service and account management, planning, execution and reporting. I work fast, am organised, self motivated and now have become a freelancer having worked for ad agencies for 10 years +. I am looking to do more work in events and this would be perfect for me. I have good knowledge of excel and office administration and have volunteered in multiple events in Sydney so have good idea about them. I work part time on Thursday and Friday overseeing office admin and accounts so can easily manage on Monday and Tuesday. Am also happy to volunteer for the events on weekends if required.

I would very much like to be involved with this. I have strong events management experience in a legal space and have recently completed work via AirTasker for the Arts Health Institute.

After 20+ years in legal admin/PA/EA/events, I am completing my Masters and funding myself via AirTasker. Additionally, my mother's business was heavily events related and I assisted her during my undergrad years. She was very well known for her events!

I would love to help out for two weeks. I am an honours student at the moment (meaning I deal with pressure 24/7) with no work commitments, have a car for easy travel and am available on the dates you have asked.
