Office 365 Email Set up

I have a number of email addresses, one of them is running through the Microsoft Office 365 Exchange system.
I have a number of other email accounts - running through Go Daddy, but we have continue issues with them not being received by recipients. We believe it is because that Office 365 is taking priority on our outlook system (may be wrong).
We are planning to migrate our emails all across to Office 365 - and need some technical support in case we get in trouble. I can travel to persons house etc with my laptop, or we are in QLD 4017.
I prefer to actually be there when the emails are being migrated, to explain what we need.
Am looking for this on Thur 31st Aug or Fri 1st Sept.

Hi steve i can assist you with this highly efficient with this, see profile and reviews for assurance. Im a little worried about how you managed to enter 2 MX records in the one godaddy wonder your having issues. I recommend you revert your changes back to the old email system so you don't have any further issues before migrating to 365.

Also how many emails are we migrating? To plan for this we need to export all emails into a PST for backup purposes as 365 migration tool dose not work for all email hosts and we would need to import the PST via outlook to sync to the 365 cloud.

Hi Maz, sorry I didnt get back to you earlier - I was interstate with work. I am putting the 365 migration of emails on the back burner at this point - I will look at again when I have more time. Thanks for your message though - and I will keep you in mind. Cheers Steve
