High protein vs low carb and I cam even time ur meals in association with your exercise if you wish
Tuna pasta bake... $5.00 serves 4
Spaghetti bog $7 serves 6
Lunches would be salad wraps with choice of meat (peri peri chicken)
Rice and carbs served in the mornings and leftovers can be reheated for easy meals
Breakfast would inc prorein, carbs and vitamins balanced
Dinner would be more simple /lighter
