Due date

Tenant has vacated property. We need some appliances replaced and electrical inspector went through finding numerous electrical safety issues needing attention.
The issues are - rear sensor light hanging off, 1 x outdoor gpo waterproof cover broken off and another outdoor gpo is broken and needs upgrade from single to double, 2 x kitchen gpo's broken and the kitchen light fitting needs replacing and 1 x 4 gang light switch broken. In the garage all of the gpo's approx 8-10 are mounted on timber and he said you could stick you hand in behind and possibly touch exposed wires, so will need to be enclosed or wire run through conduit. He also didn't like the extension lead running 6m from the house to the water pump and the extension lead running approx 3m to the pool pump, cabling may need to be buried? The appliances mentioned is an electric 60cm cooktop and oven and 6kw box aircon, all 3 will need to be removed. 3 new appliances are being delivered however only the oven and cooktop need to be installed, they will install the a/c and take away all 3 old appliances away. This is happening Friday 5th of Jan and the realestate will be there to let them in, we need the electrical work done the same day.
The house currently only has 2 circuits connected, the inspector disconnected all of the circuits with safety issues in the meter box, so these will also need reconnecting after repairs

Price includes Airtasker 15% fee, labour and all materials needed to replace two kitchen power points, both weatherproof power points, replace both lights, up to 10 garage PowerPoint's with conduit work, replacing 4 gang, replace the oven and cooktop to existing wiring and I'll also dispose the old oven and cooktop.
The 5th is fine.
Hard to price the pump circuits without seeing it so we can organise a price on site and alter the cost on Airtasker as they need to be notified so they don't lose out on there money.

I'm happy to complete this job. Accept my offer so we can move forward.
Sorry the switchboard wasnt mentioned by the inspector, i am pretty sure that there are safety switches etc in there, plus he did put power on minus the couple of circuits
The inspectors sometimes change their minds about what they want to defect. A fixed price quote is impossible as whoever works on it now becomes liable for the whole electrical installation on the property. You can call up the Electrical Safety Office if you don't believe me.
power is currently on, the inspector has just disconnected a couple of circuits with the broken switches and gpo's and the shed circuit because of the gpo mounting. I have attached a photo so you can sort of see how they are mounted above the tophat, they could probably be dropped down into the tophat with conduit?
And because you’ve been defected by an inspector everything needs to be done properly as they will go through it and inspect everything and won’t allow power back on unless it’s all right and safe . Also air tasker chargers 15% commission just so you are aware
I would like to do this job for you but there are to many variables . If you want to do t via this app all I can do is put in an offer for a 1 days labour but if it’s an old style switchboard you will need safety switches added , possible new consumer mains and if there is any non compliant wiring it will need to be replaced . The problem is with electrical as soon as we touch anything for example replace a power point we are legally required to make sure the whole circuit is safe and meets current standards realistically there could be 2 days work and $1000 in parts
