help reconnecting my Internet- adsl2 and home phone with TPG. I'm not sure what the problem is- maybe with the modem? it has suddenly stopped working. may involve talking to TPG

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I have spoken to TPG today and they think it may be a hardware problem with the phone line. I'll wait until I find out for sure and then maybe repost if it's not that and i still need IT help. I've tried all the trouble shooting advice on tpg's website with no luck.

I am an IT professional and would be happy to come to your house to resolve. TPG can be quite difficult to deal with over the phone sadly but hopefully we can avoid that as much as possible. I would be happy to drop by tomorrow if you would like. BTW Sometimes turning off the modem for 2 mins is enough to reset the connection on TPGs end and fix the issue.
Hi Zia; It appears that the job requires working with TPG. Let me know. It may cost you more.
