Need a meal plan

I need someone to write me an exciting meal plan for one week. The plan should include breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. All meals must be healthy and able to be cooked with no more than five ingredients and under 30 minutes. Included with the meal plan should be all relevant recipes and a complete grocery list for the week. Ideally most dinner meals will be able to be pre-cooked at the start of the week and frozen for later consumption.

I can email you a few different meal plans :)
I can help you with dinner meals but probably not breakfast and lunch as I'm not very adventures with them and I normally just have cereal myself haha!

Hi, no food restrictions. I do not enjoy cooking hence the reason for the job post - I need inspiration! The meals need to be easy to prepare and you can assume I have all basic kitchen utensils and appliances.
This sounds like an interesting thing to do, but it's going to take time accounting for your food preferences and the cooking equipment you own, and adjusting recipes for the right number of servings.
Hey, just wondering if you have any food restrictions (ie vegan, gluten intolorent ect)?
