I can assist you with creating a tailored diet plan for weight loss and wellbeing. That said, if you need a diet plan to accomodate a health condition such as; diabetes, celiac disease etc... I recommend you speak to an accredited dietician.
Hi, as a personal advice, you need more than just following any food plan to become fit. The diet needs to be metabolically matched to you and you need to incorporate exercise. If you are looking for some dietetic advice without wanting to see a nutritionist/ dietitian face-to-face or pay a lot to cash, I recommend you to try Metabolic Jumpstart by Matt O'Neill:

Hi Shellame,

My husband is a Personal Trainer hence he's experienced in nutrition. Ideally it'd be best to do a initial consultation in person. Otherwise we could just send you the eating guide he wrote and you fill out a food diary that **** mark. Ideally you should add some exercise to healthy eating. Let me know what you think, Shirin
