Looking for someone to carry out meal prep on a Sunday for healthy, balanced, weight loss meals. We don't have recipes so are looking for someone to provide a variety of dishes, total of 8 meals ( 4 x lunch, 4 x dinner) for a couple (ie 16 portions). Can provide ingredients if a list is supplied in advance of what will be required.

Flexible on whether food is prepared in our home kitchen in Prahran, or alternatively can collect.

I am a metabolic medicine specialist who can help you lose weight and get muscle and change your body composition and completely renew your health. I trained in Auckland Medical School, a diploma at University of NSW and a PhD at University of Sydney and have a fellowship from the Australasian College of Physicians - first pass.

I have written an ebook on weight loss and lost 16kg myself.

If you have a basic GP referral (“please review metabolic profile”) and a Medicare card I can see you as often as necessary at minimal cost to you as I charge Medicare. They are desperate for people to be sorted out before they develop health and lifestyle related diseases which costs the economy billions.

The plan will be a history, blood tests, a body composition scan (you would need to obtain that separately and is optional), and then a full and complete diet and exercise plan as well as tips and tricks to make the whole process that much more successful.

I’d love to do this for you. I have been meal planning and prepping like this for years and have many recipes. I also am studying to be a nutritionist so this would be a great opportunity for me.
