Hi Slam, You need special exercise, not GYM type of exercise - well you can do that in the GYM too but no point

This special exercise will take you only 5 minutes per day - any longer is wrong!!

Special diet - no chicken, no bacon, no eggs but something else.... well you can have chicken or bacon or eggs but they wont make you bigger, the one food that will make you bigger is ... let you know once task assigned.

Yes, with natural food you can get great results. Also, you don't need to expend a fortune with food.
btw making your body suddenly bigger in the GYM or personal trainer, can kill you so be careful

- but don't take my word for it, ask any heart specialist what happens when you build muscles - heart gets bigger, require less bits per minute and then the bigger heart presses on the nerves....

so my advise number one (for free) is to get it all done with a doctor / under his her advise / supervision

once done I let you know what to eat and what to excercise
