Thanks Melissa,
I have had a look at the content. There are some sections which are invalid like the symptoms varying between the sexes and breathing techniques. Although breathing is useful, serious cases require different treatments.
Are you talking about generalised anxiety or anxiety and other disorders up to and including PTSD?
Chapter 10: Positive self-talk
Chapter 11: Cognitive therapy
Chapter 12: When to seek medical help (when medication may be the answer)
Chapter 13: Q & A
• How can I slow down my mind in order to sleep?
• How can I get past my driving anxiety?
• How can I relax enough to go to my friend’s party?
• How can I feel better about my claustrophobia?
• I freeze up when my teacher calls on me to answer a question. How can I deal with this?
• Etc.

Thanks Melissa.
• General anxiety disorder
• Obsessive compulsive disorder
• Panic Disorder
• Social anxiety disorder
Chapter 5: Anxiety or Depression?
Chapter 6: Beating anxiety through breathing exercises
Chapter 7: Using mediation to overcome anxiety
Chapter 8: Tricks to calm your compulsions
Chapter 9: Getting past social anxiety
Chapter 1: Causes of anxiety (various disorders, phobias, specific situations, etc.)
Chapter 2: Symptoms of Anxiety for Women
Chapter 3: Symptoms of Anxiety for Men (Not sure that there are really any differences when it comes to gender but I will check that out)
Chapter 4: Common Anxiety Diagnosis’s (This one will be longer than the first two due to the extent of the information for each common disorder)
