We need someone who can use our company's database, or work with our IT people to customise it, in order to create a system for scheduling multiple trainers to delivery a number of trainings through 2016 in 30 venues across NSW. A number of these training events involve road trips in regional areas, e.g. Dubbo, Orange and Lithgow in one trip. This schedule is running behind time, so we need someone with a systematic mind to help us get on top of this. This person, or perhaps an admin assistant, will need to liaise with trainers, training venues, and potentially airlines and hire cars to make this happen quickly.

I have experience in project management working with IT departments on build-outs. I also have experience in event planning and logistical arrangements with fast turn-around times. Hi Jackie, I can help you with this.

My bid is for an initial 15 hours and includes 15% Airtasker commission we pay on each job. Future hours would need to be discussed.

I've just been assigned a 3 day job at CeBIT for Mon, Tues, Wed next week... but can definitely give you time after that. Could also meet with you today for an initial briefing if you like (this time would come out of the 15 hours offered).

Hi, I have run my own educational institute in Dubai, which entailed doing all this, - scheduling training, arranging trainers, working with complex calendars. On top of that, I am pretty good at developing and distributing training material and also doing ALL Sorts of training material. This will be an ideal work for me.
