Looking for someone to Line my Kitchen Walls from floor to ceiling with 6mm Villaboard Sheeting 1200x3000mm.

It needs to be finished off smooth so after I can paint / tile parts so the joins need to be perfect.

I have worked out I only need 8 sheets of this and have measurements of the walls needed (they are attached). There is a window in the Kitchen that needs to be lined around and finished off as well.

Eventually I will be tiling and painting over part of the wall but still need the finish to be done properly.

Villaboard and corners would need to be picked up on the way to my place from closest Bunnings or Supplier to you (I can pre arrange and pre pay with the supplier) and I have other materials available including a Fibro Cerement Cutter, Angle Grinder, Stud Adhesive, tape.

My walls are brick with Render on it so it needs to be stuck on plus parts of the wall are bare brick as render has come off (kitchen had water damage which has since dried).

I can be available to help who ever is tasked this job.

Step 2Then after that apply a water proof membrane to the water prone areas usually 1 to 3 coats should be plenty. From there the wall should be suitable for the Tiles to be tiled over. Hope this helps. But if it is a Brick-veener house you are going about it the right way. I
IF you need my help i am available in about 3 weeks time

Hi Alexander,
Hope this helps. Im currrently a 2nd year carpenter apprentice and from my knowledge if the walls are Double Bricked Render your better off not using villa board at all. The Best way to do it is to firstly repair any damage to the Render by covering any exposed render, cracks etc with Cornince cement or Base Coat. Make sure you get rid of most of the imperfections in the wall, so that it is smooth and flush.
what part of bellevue hill are you in you already have a pre mixed plaster and paper tape to do joins..?
