I have a new supplement business and I am looking for help with the correct legal wording to be used on the labels and on the web site.
The ideal person must have knowledge of the food standards Australia. (FDANZ) and the therapeutic goods administration. (TGA) .

Hi nadine

I can help you with this, I have created labels before. Please see examples of my work at
Here is an example of the label..
gday nadine,no worries just read blackmores statements or any of the big companys and make friends with the tga,
A lot of the regulators will have guides on their website and you could give it a good crack yourself before getting a professional lawyer to check it, that is likely to decrease the time the lawyers need to spend on it and therefore cut your costs. Good luck!
Hi nadine. Unfortunately you're going to be better off getting proper short term legal advice from an actual firm. You'll find that those who are legally qualified (myself included) will be incredibly hesitant to act outside of their employment because of professional indemnity insurance in case something goes wrong and they get something wrong. Sad but true. I'm not specialised or have experience in this particular area of law either- It's a niche.
