Hi There, This is a small job to install some Skirting and Scotia around the floor. Details below.
Floor Type: 12mm Laminate
Room: Walkin wardrobe
Approximate length of installation: 4 Metres
Approximate time required: About 1 hour
Material: Skirting and Scotia. Need to cut to exact shape and size though.
Tools: Please bring your own tool kit. Air compressor is preferable.
Please see picture to get a visual idea of the job.

Hi Karthik, as I previously mentioned my suggestion is just skirting in such a small space. As long as the boards are fitted close enough to the wall for the skirting to cover. The Scotia will get trod on, kicked and damaged in no time. Trust me I have done plenty of these and often ends up with replacing the Scotia almost every 12 months. As silly as it sounds, it will also make the wardrobe seem bigger if you leave the Scotia off. :)
