We have a house in the forest at Healesville and the internet connection is terrible. We have an antenna that points to an Optus tower but have been told it is pointing the wrong way. We need someone to check all the fitting and check the antenna and get us better internet coverage.

Will pay what it costs we just need it done.

Hi Michael. I'd be happy to come out and take a look; if I fix it to your satisfaction, you can pay me the $300. If not, don't. :-)

This sort of job is really difficult to comment on without seeing the equipment and setup. There are a hundred things that could be wrong with how it's configured.

I can come out any time, drop me a line.
P.S. No charge for Site Survey or coming by as I am in the area.
I am happy to come up to Healsville to check out the location to see if it can be done prior to taking on the task. I volunteer at Healesville Sanctuary a few days a month, plus only 30 min away by Car. So happy to call in for a Site Survey.
How badly are the trees covering the line of sight to the nearest cell tower? Is the house located closer to the bottom of a valley, or more higher towards a hill, assuming you don't live in fairly flat terrain.
Due you have more info on the antenna setup? I assume it would be a yagi. Also, have you visited to make sure you are pointing to the closest tower?
