Details
We have identified list of business premises we believe the occupants of which would benefit from our products and services and hence would like to reach with our marketing materials. We are an Australian based firm.

To do this we need to identify the INDIVIDUAL business occupants of these premises. All near 300 premises are in and around Brisbane, with over ¾’s in or near Post Code area 4000.

We have broken down these sites into blocks of just under 100 to speed up the data collection process.

The data would need to be tabulated in Microsoft excel in a format that is easy to review, sort and eventually mail merge.

POINTS TO NOTE INCLUDE:
1. We have street addresses.
2. We expect EACH building will have MULTIPLE business tenants.
3. We need as many of these INDIVIDUAL SUITE/ OFFICE occupants as possible.
ie.
MUST HAVES:
Company Name
Suite Address
Main Phone Number
NICE TO HAVES:
Contact Name
Position Title

We envisage this data collection could be done by:
a) Visiting each individual building,
b) Using internet search tools, or
c) A combination of a) & b)

The method(s) are for you decide.
We seek as many business names as available, including the “Must Haves” above.

Hi Jim, I am experienced in collating this sort of information and would be available to get this done for you this week. I am even happy to make phone calls to buildings, as well as internet searches to gather of the information you need. Looking forward to working with you. Kind regards, Phili
