Job specs:
Job needs to last 4-6 months.
If the position leads to visa sponsorship by employer, a bonus (TBD percentage of 1st years salary) will be paid. Sponsorship in preferred cities will lead to a higher percentage of salary.

About you:
Experience within HR or healthcare industry preferred

also, it's not necessary for the person to do the migration bit as long as the employer will sponsor. If you're well-connected, this is a great chance to make money and earn any referral bonus on the employer's end.
