I'm looking for someone to keep me accountable via Facebook Message / SMS. I want you to check up on me and check in regularly (2 or more times a week) that I have:

1. Completed MyFitnessPal diary daily
2. Gone to bed by 11pm daily
3. Done some exercise most days

Basically, I want you to encourage me and kick my butt in gear when needed!

I'm a mum of 4 with 20kg+ of fat to lose. I do exercise regularly already, but tend to neglect looking after myself in other ways. I struggle a lot with eating properly, but MyFitnessPal helps.

I want to trial this for 1 month, with the view to continue long term.

I think this will take you no more than 30 minutes per week spread over 2 or more times. $7 per week, $28 per month (including Airtasker fees) The message conversations can be scheduled regularly or at random times, your choice.

I saw your first job and loved the sound of it. This is an awesome opportunity.
I struggled myself with accountability and commitment for many years until I learnt the mindset of a fitness competitor. I believe I can really help you in your down days and uplift you on your good days. I've been there done that myself, and I've helped many of my girlfriends along the way and taught them how to adapt and commit to a healthy lifestyle.
I'm also willing to help you if you are stuck for ideas on exercises ect.
I hope you find someone who is right for you, it's not an easy thing you're doing and you should be proud.

Just got back from teaching, as I mentioned I'm a health coach and nutritional therapist, I've been doing this for years but only recently moved to Melbourne so am building clients...referrals ...,reputation up down here. I have a 7 month old daughter so have an idea about sleep, nutrition etc plus kids although hats off to you with 4! 👍 I work on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and psychological aspects of eating, exercising and stressing -or not 😄 I won't go on, but if you want any more info let me know.... I will keep you going and you will get more out of my coaching than you can hope for.
