A few relatively quick jobs for a person with the right tools and skills.

1. Fix skirting board to one plaster wall (wall approximately 4m in length)
Will require one skirting board join mid way along the wall. Need corners cut appropriately to match pre-existing skirting boards on the adjoining two walls. I have new skirting boards ready on site to be fixed to wall.

2. Wall mount a new hardwood stair rail (approximately 3m in length)
Have a hardwood stair rail thats needs to be mounted to the wall. I have 3 x stainless steel stair rail brackets already bought. The 3 x sites for insertion of brackets on the wall/ studs have already been marked out as per the old stair rail that has been removed.

3. Mount 2 x TV wall brackets
Have a new flat TV wall bracket that needs to be centred and mounted on a flat wall. Also have a corner TV bracket that needs to be mounted in a corner (easy access to behind wall).

4. Hang curtain rod brackets
Ikea curtain rod brackets x 2 - 3 to be mounted to allow for 2.5-3m curtain rod to be hung. I have pre bought plasterboard anchors and appropriately sized screws (plasterboard anchors may not be required as I think there may be studs directly above the window).

(sorry didn't realise it expired within 24 hrs)
