Graphic Remastering / Design

I've got an image I'd like to make into a poster for a gift but at the moment it's too small and becomes blurry when enlarged because of its low resolution.

I need a Tasker to have a look at it and tell me what the best way is to resize it so it is a large poster size, whether that means redoing the image manually or on graphic design software to get the right resolution, and then go ahead and do that job once they explain how they'd tackle it.

I'd like a poster that is approximately 90cm height x 60cm width. Please note the image is pretty intricate (attached below) so take into consideration whether you'd be able to recreate it well.

Thanks guys, look forward to hearing from you

Sometimes its nice to buy posters off the actual site so the original designer gets the money for it.

By the time you pay for someone to re-create/resize and then printing costs, its probably not all that different to get it from the source.
I have the image at 2100 px by 2800 (like John above) at the moment and I can get it larger if you want. I can also photoshop the image (colours etc.)
Here is the first step.
