Details
Need 'Professional Looking' Person (male or female) to join me at my event in MELBOURNE CBD as an general assistant. Date is FRIDAY 17th May need you there from 5:30pm until 8:30pm.

Tasks:
- Be friendly and smile :)
- Welcome people as they enter (say "Hi are you here for X event")
- Get them to register (they have to fill out a form)
- Answer general questions like "where is bathrooms, what time seminar finishes etc)
- Hand out some forms to seminar attendees

DRESS:
- Professional (like you would dress for an office job)

Hi, this job sounds amazing and like great fun! I have worked around logistic my whole life and know a fair bit about important and exporting! In my current job at Alannah Hill I great people and answer all their individual questions. I am very confident and well mannered! I would find it easy to get dressed up and I would love to be involved! Thanks

I work as a PA in Accounting/Financial firm and often times, we hold functions for our Graduate Area whereby we greet, get them to fill out forms and generally be on hand to answer questions. l work in the Sth Melbourne area so can go straight from work to the seminar.
