Details
• Prune, weed, maintain and tidy all garden beds as required. • Fertilise plants as required;
• Check the irrigation controller and make sure system is running & adjust according to season &/or plant requirements;
• Prune plants on pedestrian pathways to ensure plants do not overhang paths.

• Maintain all external areas clear of leaves and other debris.

• Mow and edge nature strip at front of property.

• Keep both stairwells clean and tidy including:
• Clean doors, doorways, and entrances to stairwells;
• Sweep and mop stairwells as required;
• Remove cobwebs and any other debris;
• Ensure that there are no items stored or dumped in stairwells and that there is clear access to the fire extinguishers at all times.

• Clean and check operation of all security lighting in stairwells and externally. Replace any globes as required.

• Check and tidy bin area as required.

• Check and clean mail boxes. Remove junk mail.

• Leave site in a clean and tidy manner.

Also the frequency and am I quoting just labour and any materials that are required from time to time are extra?

I'm interested in this task but would to know how often you see these maintenance task occurring. Is it 2 hours on a fortnightly basis?
