Hi Rohit,

Hi Damon

There are no oil drops and if there are some marks then happy to buy petrol.

Flakes are not must, if they can be used then its fine otherwise thats not a priority.

I have attached the photographs of the material I have purchased. If there are any alterations you would like to make please let me know.

Just a question do you have some machine to sand the floor?
I do have electric tools but I suggest not to use them for a few reasons. I use silicate block to clean it , to make it level. I will bring the tools anyway.

A product called prepsol is better to use than petrol as it is a thinner.

The flakes are used mainly with epoxy finishes, which is a very strong glue.
Because prepsol is a thinner , it is designed to have a paint finish stick to it after use.

Once you assign the work to me then we can discuss it by phone. I can supply my last customers phone number , from last week if you need a recommendation, cheers
Hi Rohit, I can smooth your floor, fill the holes with architectural topping ( not bunnings products ) and etch, tint and seal.

My question marks are:

1. Whether the oil will be completely removed with your etching product ( may pay to use prepsol ) ? If no cars have ever dropped oil in there would be great news.
2. Whether the paint bed would be deep enough to hold down your decorative chips.

I will put in an offer but wanted to first flag these potential challenges.
