Fix toilet leak, fix oven, fix dryer

1) The flush mechanism on the toilet is partially broken and the toilet runs.
2) Three of the burner switches on the stove have become stuck over time. This burners currently cannot be used and only one burner is operational. The lower element on the oven is also burnt out.
3) The clothes dryer appears to overheat early in operation. We have avoided using it because of this.

Will pay $180 for all 3 jobs or $60 each.
Will pay for additional parts.

Steven has a good point there, dryers don't overheat unless they have some restriction, make sure the exhaust is clear and check that lint filter is clean, should be an easy fix for you.
