My computer has been very slow and my boys say it is because of my old modem but i'm not sure this is so.Yesterday when i came back home there was a number of windows left open and the computer was completly frozen...i couldnt turn it off in the correct way so had to go to back and switch off and try and re-start. i did this a few times because the computer light came on but it was not flashing as it usually does when it is loading programs and the monitor remains black. Also only a couple of modem lights are on but not the usual flashing when the modem is working normally. Strangely my wifes compuetr which runs off the
same internet modem is working fine. Its as if there is a connection that is not connected properly but i have checked the connections as best i can and cannot see anything wrong.i believe this is a simple problem for a computer expert. I need this done ASAP.

Hi Mike,

It's not possible to tell from your description the exact fault with your computer. It could be something simple to fix or it could be something that would take some hours and possibly new hardware to repair. My offer is for one hours onsite troubleshooting/diagnosis/fix.

It definitely is something with the computer, most likely a whole bunch of viruses. I could help you with this.. do you still have access to the internet on the PC? I would like to fix your computer remotely which means you need to install a piece of software so I can n complete this for you today if done swiftly! Looking forward to working with you.

My offer includes a full cleanup of all viruses, DLL issues and dumping unnecessary memory that clogs up your computer and causes it too slow down.

This is somewhat more than others have offered. What would be the hourly rate after 1.5 hours given you are already here ( if i was to accept your offer/revised offer.)
Hi Mike
Most likey issue with PC, could be hardware but more likely software related. Also check air intakes and fans inside case as these draw in dust that will overtime block vents/cooling fans and cause overheating, which will cause similar issue as described.

When could this be done?
